  • At the young age of 9, Sadena Parks began her golfing career in her hometown, Spanaway, WA.

    What began as simply practicing alongside her father, the passion quickly grew into a desire for more.

    Parks poured her heart into learning how to play and elevating her game.

    Parks received a full golf scholarship to the University of Washington and went on to set 2 of the lowest scoring records. Parks quickly set off to establish herself in the Golf world. She showcased her talents and personality in the Golf Channel Show “Big Break” and soon after, earned her LPGA Status in her second year on the Symetra Tour.

    Sadena works tirelessly to make visible her true self; Black, female, representation in the forefront of golf. While hoping to bridge the gap for minorities in this industry.

JAYMES JUNIO

  • Jaymes Junio is a mulitmedia artist working out of Washington State. He began painting in April 2020 after a traumatic brain injury left him debilitated and searching for meaning. Art became a major part of his rehabilitation. It has given Junio new life, a new purpose, and he’s dedicated to sharing his visions with the world.

    When we look before the art by Jaymes Junio, we see a reflex. A traumatic brain injury like a hammer to a knee, kicked off his then newly stimulated journey. In the abstract of shapes, lines, and colors, we see into the pain and continual healing of Jaymes Junio. The lens of unconscious sequences of brush strokes. Flashes of drawings like ambient infrared illumination.

    Jaymes Junio as an artist and person strives to always pay homage to his roots, his people, and his community.
